Fitness Fridays is SUNSHINE’s uplifting 12‑week programme designed to help people stay active, build confidence, and enjoy the benefits of gentle movement in a warm, supportive environment. Each week introduces a different fitness‑focused taster session, giving participants the chance to explore fun, accessible ways to improve their health — all at their own pace.

From low‑impact exercise and balance work to stretching, mobility, and energising movement sessions, every activity is tailored to suit all abilities. Our friendly approach helps people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.
